This is how the market will correct: If the amount of drugs selling at a discount to the US from Canada begin to hurt the manufacturers bottom line they will just discontinue selling the drugs to Canada. This possibility has been suggested by several of the major drug makers.
Or raise the price until supply equals demand. Free market at work, and all that.
(Canadians are gonna generally be P.O.'d if that happens)
