Anyone versed in Constitutional Law catch Kerry's comment:
"The Constitution should be interpreted according to the law".
Umm...I'm sorry Mr. Kerry, but the last time I checked, laws are based on the Constitution, not vice versa!!!
noticed that myself, though I'm not versed in Constitutional law.
My take on that is that he was refering to international, or Scotish law. Any law but the real law, which is the Constitution.
