I called, got through, secretary was nice.
I quoted the last paragraph in the memo to her and said that I don't need any news organization "evaluating" for me what I see or hear.
Especially when they are doing it from some convoluted thinking that it is in the "public interest" to do so, and that they are "doing the right thing" by propping up one candidate over another.
She took my name and phone number.
I just called and left a message. When I referenced the Drudge report, I got "the memo in the Drudge report is a bit misconstruing." (I think those were the exact words the secretary said.)
