Let me make this remark about Charlie Gibson (the thought just hit me about an hour ago).

He is a liberal commentator, BUT, wasn't it Gibson who had the big brouhaha interview with Kerry over him throwing away the medals.

Didn't Gibson tell Kerry he knew what went on because he was there, and Kerry kept interupting Gibson and saying he was wrong?

Am I mistaken, or was that Gibson?

I don't know about that, but I wish we could find out definitely. Otherwise, I expect him to be wearing a Kerry/Edwards t-shirt under his suit.

IIRC, it was Gibson. Not because I saw the interview, but I'm pretty sure GLGB posted about it, and I hope he'll correct me if I'm wrong.
