In 2000 after they announced Gore won, my exwife was in tears.

Our son said dont worry Mom, Lets pray that GWB wins.

They did and the rest is history!

I remember them saying Gore won Florida and I was immediately sceptical, because it was so early. I wanted to see the percent of vote counted. They never announced it, but the bottom of the screen showed 1% counted.

I immediately blew off the announcement.

I prayed before the election that God's will be done. If He wants the US to be punished, I can't think of anything much worse than a Gore or Kerry presidency.
