The presidential race is going to Kerra Fowler's head. She's tattooed an anti-Bush message on her shaved head. The Indiana mother of four even offered her bare skull as political ad space on the eBay Internet auction site.

Kerra: It went to $103.50. I gave half to the tattoo artist and did normal things with the rest. Bought some beer, paid part of a bill, and bought a present for our kids.

I am also from the Hoosier state (although I reside in Sooner country right now), and attended IU from 1991-95. I didn't graduate, but it was for different reasons--found a good man (with a job,even), got married, have had a few kids. I will agree with the knee jerk liberal part, unfortunately, even though it didn't really happen to me. They tried, but my good upbringing and the love of a good man brought me back :)

It appears there is a pretty decent scar to the right of the tatoo. An old head injury might be the best explanation for this bizarre dolt's behavior.
