Right now I live at Albuquerque but hope to move to rural west Texas before I get too old and feeble. It's tough though to get my wife away from our two grandbabies at Albuquerque. Me too I guess.

I LOVE Albuquerque. I've lived there 3 times. I just moved back to the family ranch a couple of years ago, but I sure do miss it. I was living down in Corrales. I still go into the city at least once a month to go shopping. I definitely KNOW how to shop. I'm a power shopper and I have to get it all done in a couple of days. LOL It's a great city to live in.

You can't leave your grandbabies and move off to TX. They would be heartbroken. Sounds like you and your wife would be too. Besides, you would be moving right into "tornado alley." 8-)
