You implied that a Kilo would not be able to make the trip. I was only suggesting that stopping along the way from Iran to NYC was a possibility and not providing the course they followed.

Let me rephrase my question. Where could they stop and refuel without being seen? An Iranian sub in the Indian Ocean or Atlantic Ocean might be cause for comment.
