It was just shocking to me.
And, as you know, I've been furious with him for calling Bush a liar all year, but this was way over the top.
What if Cheney had said, "Well, Senator Edwards, we all know your son is dead; why didn't you sue the automobile maker?"
I was thinking the exact same thing, while I watched Edwards hoist both of his young children up for the photo shot after the debate.
Does the Veep debate ever have much influence on the polls? I didn't think so, but tonight just might.
