What's the time limit for "going in threes"? If two pass and a week goes by before the next, does that count? Two weeks? Three? What if another celebrity dies tomorrow? Do we say "gee, this time they went in fours" or have we just started our next set of three?

I've wondered that, myself. But this 3 went in 2 days, so I would guess it was a real "going in threes" deal, unless, God forbid, another goes this week, then I suppose it'll be a set of 4....
