I watch Scarborough very little. Last night I saw one minute. He decried the "faces" Bush made and thank the Lord J.D. Hayworth was on and told Joe that he might recall that back when he was in Congress he might remember what it was like to stand there and listen to the dems accuse them of starving children and grandma and Hayworth said "We didn't respond like Dr. Spock and neither should President Bush!".

Having assured myself that J.D. would thwack Joe upside the head if he made any more inane comments I moved on to non-political fare. I tune him out basically. He thinks he'll be liked by his new "friends". He's a fool.

At least the faces GWB made were genuine and fit the context of Kerry's remarks. What struck me was Kerry's exaggerated nodding, "ah" expressions, "writing" (again exaggerated hand movements). So phony ... but what can you expect? It started when Kerry delayed his entrance so GWB either had to stand in the middle and wait or come over to Kerry's side and commit a "AlGore" space violation. Freakin manipulative the whole way!

(Ah, it feels good to get that out 'cause I was hurricaned out of the first debate's live thread).
