Could we have some kind of agreement before the debate to keep the hand-wringing to a minimum? I had to leave the last live thread. And it was uncalled for, the polls are just as "mixed" as they were before the debate. Whata ya say? Can I get a pledge from each of you to refrain form any "Cheney is getting killed / We're going to lose the election" type posts?

Well you're not going to like what Geraldine Ferraro just said.
She said something like Cheney is weak and asked to sit instead of stand for 90 minutes. Wondered what would have been said if she asked for something like that.

Provided the thread doesn't slow to the point I can't keep up again, I pledge to be just as annoying about those calling for the end of the world as I have been since Thursday. LOL
I notice a lot of optimism Cheney will wipe the floor with Edwards. I have high confidence in Cheney, too, but hope this folks aren't going to slash their wrists if the unexpected happens in this debate. Let's keep our heads tonight.
Oh, and I would like to welcome the expected Trolls I'm sure are ready to pounce. Wouldn't be a Live Thread without you.
