Jon Meechum (sp?) with Newsweek just called Cheney the Darth Vader of the campaign (how original! NOT) and said Edwards must ask Cheney if he really thinks the country would be less safe if they were elected.
Chrissy points out no direct questioning between them allowed but Meechum said Edwards must make the point.
I am sure Cheney is well prepared to handle what Meechum thinks is an unanswerable question.
I have been hearing the occasional comparison of Cheney to Darth Vader, and that really ticks me off. To me, he's like Rush Limbaugh - just a harmless little fuzzball... ;-)
