I do not dring anything but the dr. told me I get something like hangovers from taking elavil to help me sleep. I wonder if the Tylenol 3 would help that. I started taking it about a month after our daughter died.

our bodies are 80%ish made up of water. If you're not drinking 1/2-1 gallon of water a day you are dehydrated most likely.
