However, it was instructive that Edwards' answer was that he and Kerry would DOUBLE the amount of money available to give to people who had contracted a disease that is 100% preventable.

On the otherhand, I thought Edwards came across like a freshman trying to debate an MIT college professor.
It was like watching a freshman Physics student take on Neils Bohr.

It sure looks like Mrs. Edwards is "Big Macing" herself. She waddled up to the stage when it was done. Just sad very sad. Maybe she needs to stop going to Wendy's and hit the stairmaster.
I just called my local ABC, they said in 11pm local news, that by popular opinion Edwards won the debate..
As soon as I called I was patched to News maneger and left a nice long voice mail that it's wrong to pass a lie "Edwards won" when clearly CHENEY WON THE DEBATE.
I think I was not the first to call because secretary was very quick to offer me managers voice mail :)

Clearly Cheney was referring to the senate not prayer breakfasts.

And I was screaming at the screen when Edwards talked about the Big Pharmaceutical Companies and we will control drug prices...and in the next breath saying we need more research for AIDS meds. Where is the money going to come from? Big pharma will tell the government to fund their own d*** research and sell their own d*** drugs. Canda has discovered NO drugs in the past 30 years...their research dollars are ZERO. Why? because they have price controls...rant, rant, rant
