Could be one of two things:

It's very busy.
There is a known problem with WebTV.

You probably should get a hold of JohnRob (the technical guru behind FR).

FR also takes PayPal (to jimrob@psnw.com) and checks/money orders (PO Box 9771, Fresno, CA 93794)
