Looks like it's time for him to disconnect from the utility, turn it on and get some concrete output figures, before the government rushes to "confiscate" it.

Hey, I got an idea for a FREE power device too. But you gotta be careful and wear rubber gloves and don't stand in a puddle of water when you're installing it on your electric meter. I'm keeping the details secret until I get a patent. Should be here any day now...
