Where are you going to find Americans to poison our soldiers' food?Ask the former restaurant-goers of a restaurant named Chi Chi's. Or it would be quite easy to bribe people so desperate for American dollars that they would break any number of laws or risk their own lives to get here. Especially if they could be convinced that this land was stolen from them --- which many are being convinced of.
