The President doesn't need to wait for MSM to pick this up. He can hold a press conference any time. At some point, he's going to have to step up to the plate and do something on his own--if he waits for MSM, it will never happen.

It seems to me there is no other explanation for the reticence to put forth the clear evidence of Saddam's WMD's that now continue to be proclaimed as nonexistent by the left along with the obvious connection between Saddam and terrorists worldwide.
There will be no surprises at this point. If we caught OBL, W would keep it under wraps until after the election so as not to appear partisan. It's a peculiar trait of the Bushes that they would rather lose than fight tough in American politics.
