And as a bonus, the audit trail points to the French and Germans as suppliers, and the money came from the money Saddam skimmed off of the Oil for Food program.

I seem to remember a month or so ago that Colonel Kadaffi (sp) would release all the documentation of his joint WMD program with Saddam.
Including all the Iraqi nuclear physicists, radioactive materials etc that he had working in the tunnels beneath the Lybian "mystery mountain"
