Indictments or crimminal investigations of People connected to the Kerry campaign might be a good place to start.

I was downtown DC tonight and I heard that a prominent Democratic politician is going to come out and endorse President Bush in the middle of the month. It's going to blow Kerry out of the water. This prominent politician will shock everyone.

Anything that shuts down Gore's internet, would be an "October Surprise". It will hurt Bush more than it would hurt Kerry.
