I just understand the dynamic.
My father was a remarkable man, raising seven kids, CEO of a fabulously successful Leasing Company and being lovingly and heartrendingally stellar through my Mom's torturous demise.
But, he was an "Ah ... bullsh*t" guy who disliked all politicians, saw conspiracies everywhere and trusted no-one in his last years.
That's what I see here. It poisons the group.
It never poisoned me. When I start heading to a place. I don't stop half way or turn back. I go hell bent for leather till I reach my destitation. That's how I was raised.
