I saw somewhere on here that mondale got a 6 point bump after his first debate win. Doesnt matter much when youre down by 20. Reagan destroyed Mondale in debate #2. When he made the remarks about his opponents youth and inexperience everyone should have just gone home.

When he made the remarks about his opponents youth and inexperience everyone should have just gone home. That comparison is irrelevant in my view--Bush is no Reagan in terms of speaking ability, and Kerry no Mondale--he's more polished and dangerous.
