I would have rather seen this answer to kerrys remark about not signing on to the world court:

"Not only would allowing the world court to step in allow our troops to be dragged in and prosecuted for whatever charge one of our enemies decide to press; it would also allow the world court to bring my opponent up on charges of war crimes he has admitted to having committed in Vietnam during his senate testimony."

He wouldn't. And the media wouldnt ask it. The Dan Rather's of the world have been given too much power and its gone to their head. They can report things even after they are proven to be not true.
