Kerry is obviosly a better speaker but we knew that going in and talk is cheap.The president made some good points and managed to stay on message maybe a little too much so.We'll see how it looks in the morning.
I don't agree with that. The key to being a good speaker is to connect with the people you're speaking to. Kerry doesn't connect with anybody but limousine liberals ....if you can call that connecting. Both candidates realize that the only people they are likely to win in the debates are the ones who haven't been paying attention before. Which one do you think average Joe working guy is going feel most connected with. Who do you think the average mom is going to trust to protect her children?
