Why is CSPAN showing GWBs light buzzer but Hides Kerrys behind the Logo?
Fox is doing the central feed for everyone and the camera angle is Fox's, hiding Kerry's lights. Bush is finally taking control of the discussion--at least slightly.
Because their heads are at the same height and Kerry is 5-6" taller than Pres. Bush.
