Kerry is always saying he has a plan and he can do better. Then he critcizes Bush but never details his plan. With all his talk of the UN you'd think he was running to be it's president instead of the US.
Kerry was better on style. Because of his inconsistencies, Bush was better on substance. It was a draw in my humble opinion.
