I don't think I have ever seen such a lopsided debate. Bush has lost his footing if he ever had it.
Kerry supported every decision made and is not being held accountable.
Bush sounds like a high school cheerleader speaking against a seasoned veteran.
It is most regrettable.

I have to agree. I almost feel sorry for Bush. He has not done well while Kerry, despite his record of flip-flops has shown himself to be a good debater. He is a liar though...he just said that he has never waivered. I don't know that this debate will make a difference in the election though. As another poster said, it's like watching a train wreck.

Welcome to Free Republic Newbie. So which Moveon.org Seminar on infiltrating Conservative Websites and spreading anti-Bush propaganda did you attend? The one with Rapper Moby or the one run by James Carvel.
Nice try but we have see this old trick too many times before. If you are really watching the debate, Bush is killing Kerry. See, for "The Undecideds" LIKEABILITY was the key and Kerry is NOT doing anything to make himself LIKEABLE. He is like every Monday Morning Quarterback and coming across as an arrogant pompous jerk. Those who all ready AGREE with him will think he won. Those in the middle are going to really dislike his arrogant know everything tone and vague self-serving answers. But HEY, if it makes you feel better to think Kerry is doing well with any voters but with His "News Media" base, feel free to kid yourself.

Help me here! According to Dick Morris, Bush won on substance, Kerry on style. Morris said that Bush looked distracted during the first 20 minutes.
I didn't watch the debate, I was in another room praying for Bush. My husband watched and said that Bush didn't lose anything and Kerry didn't win anything. He agrees with Dick Morris, that Bush won on substance.
In my opinion, substance is what is all about. Style is forgotten, real people look and remember substance. All of us probably need to freep some polls just
