N. Korea didn't develop the capacity to build a nuke within the 2 years that "Bush wasn't talking to them"...
Whats more is that N. Korea is obsessed with us. It doesn't matter what we do, thats always the case. If we do a unilateral discussion we merely validate their beliefs that we are behind every evil going on towards N. Korea...
