John Kerry scheduled a manicure today.
About 1 hour before the debate. I'll bet Kerry is getting a nice top coat of 'Man Tan'. Got to be careful tho'. If you lay on the finish coats too fast you can get alligatoring. Bad news then. They would have to strip him down to bare metal and start over.
