No! Kerry was supposed to lay out what he would do differently, something he has failed to do so far. Now, we've all heard the attacks against Dubya since last year. This is nothing new. Kerry has yet to specifically say what he could or would do differently.
I have some folks over who aren't particularly partisan. They're saying they don't know what Kerry would do, just not what Bush did.
