Agreed. Do we really want to encourage voter fraud of any kind? I'm sure I do not.I also agree, we shouldn't be invovlved in any sort of voter fraud, even if we don't intend to commit fraud. Besides, people who would do this are liars and cheaters by definition, so I bet they don't intend to change their votes anyway.
