This is fine. It's a private company responding in the way they see fit. Employees who don't like the policy can quit and find work in a more suitable enviroment.

The Feds and the courts should keep their bloody noses out of this issue and allow the states and private sector to deal with it.

I totally agree. Good for Sprint. And for those here who might find that reason to change service providers... there's plenty of competition.
