An atty. would have a field day on that one. If the police officer mentioned copyright law...there are several other things that have to happen first.

Even Customs folks have to follow some procedure on that.

I'm kinda curious how many cops in the entire state of Tennessee are familiar with copyright law? My guess is 3 or less. The next time anyone is in a Dunkin Donuts...please ask officer Harvey what the state copyright law is...and offer to buy him another double-cream coffee.
