Bush is not going to resurrect the draft. We are winding down in Iraq, and the puny commitment we have to Afghanistan is not enough to justify the draft. Iraq is still worrisome but North Korea and Iran are very real threats.

Would agree that Iran and NK could result in draft, if something happens. On the other hand, I assume that both Bush and Kerry would resurrect the draft in those instances. Might as well ask what happens if war breaks out in Europe. Of course there is something that could lead to the draft. The question is whether Iraq will. I don't see how. Bush is committed to turning the government over to the Iraqis. He's going to force them to deal with the problem themselves, even if it triggers a full-fledged civil war, which seems unlikely. The enemy is a bunch of terrorists, not an organized army.
