I agree, it's kind of strange for all of these things to be happening at once. I don't think Toutatis is large enough to be causing unusual gravitational effects, but it does seem like quite a bit of coincidence.

I am in the San Diego Ca Area it's still light out and very clear not one Cloud but I will be outside when it gets dark and give a Moon Report....
I don't think the Astronmers know all there
is to know about Space they know alot but not everything so all this crazy weather has something to do with maybe some kinda pull who knows we can guess too!
