past history/Plot uncovered to kill the U.S. attorney, Kasey Warner prosecuting voter fraud cases in southern West Virginia.
The sources say Warner and two of his brothers -- Republican gubernatorial candidate Monty Warner and state GOP chairman Kris Warner -- are the targets of these death threats.

individual indicted: Jackie Adkins, 35, of Harts. (He accused of paying bribes to four unidentified voters during the May primary election.)

a prominent Logan lawyer.
A Lincoln County resident was indicted earlier in the probe.
