I decided to google around for past Nobel Peace Prize winners, and found this. Reading the list sounds like picking up the Enquirer and seeing "The BEST and WORST Dressed Of Hollywood!". Carter shares the "honor" with Kofi Annan and Yasser Arafat. Basically the list looks to me like "Folks trying to destroy the world, and a few folks trying to save it."
Everyone else pales in comparison to Mother Teresa, the 1979 winner. She could have easily one for 20 straight years.
