I am a student of Rush Limbaugh, & you'd think I would've heard that somewhere along the line...but that does NOT sound familiar at all....Pres Kennedy was, and was Bobby? But Ted????? Maybe the guy on TV thought because he did a submarine imitation...????
Could be, the guy worked for teddy k...fat like him too, although I shouldn't talk about that as I carry 20 lbs to much weight.
