I refered to myself as an EX MARINE once and another Marine said there is no such thing as an EX MARINE...thought about and he is right..
I was in 69-72-last six months they put me on escort duty..traveling with the bodies back to there home states...i was about 19 at the time....

There is only one catagory of former Marines who would be called an ExMarine and that would be one who earned a Dishonorable Discharge.
