In the end, Rudy's negatives outweigh his positives.

I doubt he will even run but if he does he will lose in the primary.

He is much more able and likely to beat Hillary for Senator in New York.

Obviously, we disagree on this point. IMHO, Giuliani's negative/positive ratio is no worse than GWB's was in 2000. You disagree about that. I guess we'll have to wait and see which of us is right.
