We'll have to watch to see if the pressure keeps dropping. If it's down to something like 945 mb by this afternoon, I'd be very concerned that she could hit as a Cat 4.

Ed Rappaport from NOAA is on MSNBC, and he thinks there is "some chance" that it strenghtens to the Cat 4 you warned of.

Ed compares this to Frances in terms of intensity, but says it is stronger than Frances with effects much the same, perhaps even worse.

This is awful.
