"Safe space" is not mandatory but voluntary. The whole idea of the program is that if you can't agree with the tenets of the safe space program, don't put a placard up. If you can, you're encouraged to do so, but don't have to.
The assumption that people will be fired for non-participation is pure conjecture and outright nonsense, as is the reference to charges under the hate speech law. Not speaking is hardly hate speech and is constitutionally protected, and if RBC goes overboard and forces PC speech, they're inviting lawsuits they'll easily lose.
Are you saying that RBC has no legal right to restrict speech in the work place?
