We were also on one of the trailers to the left of the stage. I wonder if we were sitting/standing near you? My kids got a bit bored with it at times & ended up playing on the grass behind the trailer.
I thought you might have been nearby when you mentioned the two men with the sad, sad t's being right in front of you. We were on the other end of the truck bed. Sitting on the front ledge all the way down towards the entrance side.
You probably saw my daughter, she was the tall darked haired girl in the pink t-shirt and jeans handing out water. She's only 11 but could easily go for 14 because of her height.
I forgot to mention that we were interviewed by the NYT. I'm wondering if we'll be in the news...Although, it's not likely as I was very careful to not say anything that could be twisted negatively.
I noticed that the NYT did have a blurb about Bangor and said that there were 100's of attendees....well I'm sorry but there were way more then 100's.
In fact by 11 o'clock the line waiting to get in was probably in the 1,000's.
I was also surprised at the pathetic turnout of the protestors and also that there were no Pro-Kerry signs anywhere that I could see Just a lot of anti this, anti that, peace, peace, signs...
