Telling a foreign countryman he is "unrealistic" about upcoming plans in his own country?

Kerry loves to demoralize the troops by aiding and comforting the enemy while wars are being fought. He already undermined the war in Vietnam. His total disregard for the troops' safety is of no consequence to him.
