It says "shooting" when you put your cursor on it. And if you left click and check out the name of the file, it is "brainwashedchild.jpg."

Is Reuters suggesting we shoot children who support W because they are brain-washed? CBS should investigate.

Saw this picture on the 18th elsewhere and I saved it then. That file name was wgirll.jpg. It seems someone with an agenda renamed the file after cropping this one.
