Laws in most states would keep Hillary off the ballot. There is no way she could win the Electoral College vote with the handful of "blue" states that would get her on the ballot.

If 271 Democrat electors are chosen on 11/2/04, they can vote for HRC if they choose to do so when the electoral college casts its votes.

State laws to the contrary are unconstitutional.

I've been wondering about that. What keeps the electors for Kerry from just staying on the ballot, then electing Hillary in the Electoral college?
