This scandal is so huge -- it's hard to hold it in your mindLike Watergate, the truth will not be revealed without compulsory legal process.

Shoes are dropping faster than I can keep up with. CBS is an arm of the Kerry campaign. Period. Which once again demonstrates why Campaign Finance Reform is inherently evil. When the networks actively collude with one candidate over the other, and being willing to use falsified documents to do it, it's political propaganda at its worst.
To: MindBender26
Kerry actualy did contact CBS, before he didn't.

Lots of Dots to connect hear. The biggest is who forged the documents?

Long live Post 47 and the diehard PJ Brigade! Absolutely!
You know that the smart journalists will be looking to the Pajama Patrols for their best stuff. That's why the work at FR is so important. God Bless this website.

"At Burkett's request, we gave his (telephone) number to the campaign," said Betsy West, senior CBS News vice president.I gotta believe Betsy will be joining Mary in the wilderness when this is all over.
What she describes here is a fundamental breach of objectivity (or any tenuous claim thereto).

Does anyone actually believe what they say about what they talked about with Burkett? Lockhart "doesn't recall" the documents being discussed. Well, that just doesn't pass the smell test. Burkett knew the documents were the most important part of the smear and it's inconceivable that he wouldn't mention them to Lockhart.
And notice Lockhart's parsing denial. If it's later shown that he was told about the documents, he can still stand by his lack of recollection.

This is the Democrat's Watergate! Now let's pray that Woodward and Burnstein still have a little fire in the belly, and that they are willing to do their treatment to fellow Demo-rats. I'm not holding my breath, but this could be another Pulitzer for them.

Bernstien is a DNC Stoolie. I saw him on a talk show the other night. All he could do is use the talking points Dan Rather promoted in his fake story.
He had his 5 minutes of fame. He's a burnt out old hack.

This is a big big problem.
Until Begala and Carville came on board, the SS Kerry was slowly taking on water. At the present, there is a gash as wide as the Titanic across the bow. The SS Kerry is going to sink and there is nothing anyone can do to keep the ship afloat.
How in such a short period can this happen. Who is responsible? If Kerry's campaign is corrupt and in violation of the law, whocan come to the rescue?
HILLARY TO THE GREEN ROOM PLEASe!!!!

Redstone made $6 million on that exercise/sale. Stewart was brought down for shenanigans involving a transaction worth $60 thousand.
