Sure Kerry was all over the place. But in the end, many folks will vote on where we go from here. What Kerry said was either what Bush is already doing, was wishful thinking aka the UN troops thingie, or elliptically promising what it would be imprudent to promise. I said I thought Kerry's speech was effective. I did not type, and do NOT believe, that Kerry is more suited to handle Iraq going forward. Far from it, I think Kerry is "unfit," on this and many other matters, and I have repeatedly posted that, and the odds that I will change my mind are effectively zero.
