Well Sept 14th is 6 days after the release of the document and that looks to me to be plenty of time to do the spot. Too bad, it would have been nice to nail them on this.
The video was released on that date, but if it went to local affiliates, it would have had to be distributed before that date. I still wonder what was the earliest date that a station or network RECEIVED that video. Was it earlier than the 14th?
